In short, it will enable you to approve or deny customers after they register.

• Customers are not able to login once registered
• Email is sent to the store owner once customer registers
• Store owner can approve or deny customers access at will
• Email is sent to the customer once their account is approved or denied

It can work quite nicely with other mods that restrict customers from seeing prices or setting price categories.
